I also build AI-powered tools and automations with Claude and Claude Code: an internal sales web app our quoting and sales teams use to share product photos and draft customer replies, an automated order-transfer workflow between our Ontario and Quebec stores, a lead pipeline that delivers every Meta lead to the team within 5 minutes, and an AI analytics system that connects Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, and GA4 data. Previously, as Branding Manager at Kally LTD, I led brand positioning, SEO-driven traffic growth, eCommerce development, social media management, and paid media strategy. With a strong creative background, I produce visual and video content with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and CapCut, from DIY installation guides to Reels and ad creatives.
