Terms of use

The rules for using this website and its AI chat. Last updated October 18, 2026.

About these terms

These terms apply to bugrahanunsal.com and its AI chat, run by Bugrahan Unsal in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (“I” and “me” below). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. The privacy policy explains how your information is handled.

Information on this site

Everything on this site is general information about my services and work. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Case studies describe the results of specific projects, with their own markets, budgets and teams; they are not a promise of the same results for you. I work to keep the site accurate and current, but I don’t guarantee that it is complete, correct or up to date.

The AI chat

  • The chat is an automated assistant powered by Claude, Anthropic’s AI model. It is not me, and it does not speak for me.
  • Its answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important with me before you rely on it.
  • Nothing it writes is an offer, a quote, a price, a promise, a guarantee or an agreement. I am bound only by a written proposal or agreement that I send or confirm myself.
  • Its answers are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice.
  • It is for adults (18 or older). Don’t enter personal, confidential or sensitive information in it: see the privacy policy.
  • It may be limited, changed, paused or switched off at any time.

Using the site fairly

When you use the site or the chat, you agree not to:

  • break the law, or use them to harass, deceive or harm anyone;
  • get around or test the site’s security, overload it, or interfere with how it works;
  • send automated or bulk requests to the chat or the contact form, spam, or harmful code;
  • try to make the chat reveal or ignore its instructions, or produce harmful, illegal or misleading content;
  • use the chat’s answers to train or build other AI models, or present them as statements made by me.

I may block anyone who does.

Content and trademarks

Unless a credit says otherwise, the text, design, code, logo, pictures and videos on this site are mine. You are welcome to read them, link to them and quote short parts with a link back to the page. Copying, republishing or reusing anything else, including the design or the code, needs my written permission. Other companies’ names and logos belong to their owners: they appear here to describe work I did, and they don’t mean those companies endorse this site.

Links to other services

Links to other websites and services, such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and GitHub, are here for convenience. I don’t control them, and I’m not responsible for their content, policies or availability.

No warranty

The site and the chat are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, I make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that they will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful code.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, that comes from using or relying on the site or the chat, even if I was told such a loss was possible. My total liability for any claim about the site or the chat is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CA$100). Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law does not allow to be limited.

Your responsibility

If you break these terms or misuse the site, you agree to cover the claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that I face because of it.

Working together

Any project or job is governed by its own written proposal, agreement or offer letter. Where it differs from these terms, it is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario, in Toronto, unless the law gives you the right to go to court elsewhere.

Changes and the rest

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. If a part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies, and if I don’t enforce a part right away, I can still enforce it later. Questions about these terms: y.bugrahan.unsal@gmail.com.

Questions about these terms or a project?

Tell me about your business and what you want to change. A few sentences are enough, and I reply by email.
