Image Library: the AI sales, quoting and marketing app a whole team runs on

An internal web app I designed and built with Claude Code for the Glass Railing Store team. Sales uses it as a living portfolio, the quoting team sends customers the photos, guides and installation videos they ask for, marketing reads Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify and Google Analytics in one place, and every person sees only the areas their role needs.

Faster quotes and a portfolio in every sale

Product photos are grouped by product. A salesperson picks the right shots and shares a link, pastes them straight into a Gmail reply or downloads a gallery file that works offline. Customer guides, brand logo sets and installation videos each copy into an email as a ready-made card, so the quoting team answers a customer in one step instead of digging through folders.

Meta, Google Ads, Shopify and GA4 in one place

Ads Analytics brings the connections to Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Shopify under one roof, so I follow sales, orders, ad spend and return on ad spend from one screen as they come in, instead of opening four dashboards. The team reads a weekly report or any 30, 60 or 90-day or custom period, compared with the previous period or the same dates last year. Each campaign gets a clear verdict, such as raise, cut, pause or refresh, with the steps to fix it, and the sales Meta claims are checked against real Shopify orders.

An ads report then lists the customers each platform reached, read live from Shopify and never stored, so the team can call them and ask where they first saw the brand. It is the kind of reporting I set up in Google Ads and Meta Ads management.

AI built into the work

  • An assistant with projects, fast and thorough modes, photo and PDF attachments, the company price sheet and the day’s USD to CAD rate.
  • A reply table that drafts customer emails in the team’s own voice, learning from replies they actually sent.
  • AI that reads scanned invoice PDFs for the paid posts ledger.

Access the owner controls

Every person gets exactly the areas their job needs: five levels (no access, can view, can edit, can delete and full) across eight areas, six role templates such as Sales and quoting or Marketing, and invitations where people set their own password. Permissions are checked by the database as well as the menu, which is how a team can share one app safely.

Projects, onboarding and requests

A personal workspace with project tracker and CAD and USD quote templates, a one-message onboarding flow for new employees, and an update board where the team requests website changes and follows them from new to done. It is one of the systems behind the Glass Railing Store results.
